Measure how long you want your curtains to be by starting from the top of the curtain rod.
Using wire is a good option. It’s thin enough to pass through the beads and strong enough to hold them.
Once you have your measurement, add a few inches to it. These few inches will allow you to finish your strand. Cut one strand at a time so they don’t get tangled together.
02 – String the beads
Tie the wire to a key ring by making 3 knots to keep it secure. You will need a lot of beads for this DIY. Colored glass beads are the best as they catch light beautifully.
But you can also use plastic or wooden beads. Play with the shapes and colors of the beads to create an artistic and eccentric strand!
String your first bead onto the wire all the way to the key ring and continue until you have a few inches of wire left.
